Heineken Gluten Test Result (+)

Heineken is a well known beer brewed in Amsterdam, Holland. It’s made with water, barley, and hop extract, having an ABV of 5.0%. A 11.2oz serving contains 11.0g Carbs and 2.0g Protein; totaling 142 calories. Its initial EZ Gluten result was positive.

If I were to estimate based on the strip I’d say its between 30-60ppm gluten and should not be consumed by those with Celiac Disease or those on a gluten free diet.
